I made these cookies at Christmas time because for some reason at that time of the year you just get the urge to bake cookies. They are so quick and easy and taste amazing!
The recipe is from tastykitchen.com and I've added a few things because it's no fun in following a recipe ;)
- 1 cup Nutella
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 whole Egg
- pinch of salt
- half a tea spoon of intant coffee disolved in a little bit of water
Preheat oven to 180c .
Blend all ingedients together well. Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. (I also put half a block of chocolate in eat cookie and just before you eat it pop it in the microwave for a few seconds so you have a nice chocolatie inside. YUMMY) I also added a little bit of sea salt on the top and it went so well with the chocolate.
Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool.
